CueScanner for Android

CueScanner is a barcode scanner app that can be used on the survey monitor site "CueMonitor" operated by INTAGE Co., Ltd.

It reads product barcodes and sends the barcode information to specific survey screens.

*This app can only be used for specific surveys. If you are not participating in the relevant survey, the app will not function properly, so please be aware.

■What is CueMonitor?

CueMonitor refers to monitors who cooperate with INTAGE Co., Ltd., one of the largest companies in the marketing research industry, in conducting surveys. We mainly request surveys on the internet. Points are added based on the number and content of surveys participated in, and these points can be exchanged for wonderful products.

■Compatible Devices

• - Supported OS: Android 5.0 or higher

■Notes on Usage

• - There may be surveys that CueScanner cannot be used for.
• - Those who are not registered with CueMonitor can only use the function to scan product barcodes.
• - Packet fees incurred for downloading, updating, and setting up this app will be the user's responsibility.
• - Before installing this app, please confirm CueMonitor's privacy policy from the following page: Privacy Policy. By executing the installation of this app, users are considered to have agreed to CueMonitor's privacy policy.
• - If you are not registered with CueMonitor, you cannot use this service.
• - Registration with CueMonitor is limited to individuals aged 14 and over residing in Japan.
• - INTAGE Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the user's inability to use this app properly.

■Introduction

This agreement is between INTAGE Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and individuals (hereinafter referred to as "the Users") using the application software "CueScanner" (hereinafter referred to as "the App") provided by the Company for the purpose of using the App.

●Purpose of App Use

1. The App is intended for individuals participating in surveys requested by CueMonitor to scan barcodes in specific surveys and assist with data input. Others are not authorized to use the App.
2. The information obtained from scanning barcodes with this App is solely used to populate fields on specific survey screens.
3. Individuals targeted by CueMonitor should read this agreement, agree to it, and then download and install this App on their smartphones. If you do not agree, do not use this App.
4. By downloading, installing, or using this App, it is assumed that you have agreed to these terms.

●Usage Fees

The usage fee of this App is free.

●Eligible Devices & OS

The eligible devices and OS for using this App are limited to those specified by the Company.

●Ownership of Copyrights and Rights

All rights related to copyrights and other rights regarding this App belong to the Company or third parties with legitimate authorization. The rights holder grants users only the right to use according to these Terms of Use.

●User Responsibility

• - Users should not use this App in ways not approved by the Company.
  - The Company reserves the right to modify the content of this App or upgrade it without user consent or prior notice and may make changes to these Terms of Use. Users are required to agree to such changes.
  - Users shall compensate for any damages caused if they violate any of these Terms and cause damages to the Company or third parties.

●Disclaimer

The Company assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred by users based on reasons related to using this App:
- Effects or damages caused by this App on users' smartphones
- Damages resulting from users' inability to use this App properly

●Suspension of App Use & Temporary Suspension/Deletion of Registration

If a user violates any of these Terms, the Company shall immediately suspend the user's use of this App and may temporarily suspend monitor qualifications or delete monitor registrations without notice before or after notifying said monitors.
